    • Our goal is to offer our retreat members a chance to experience the powerful combination of movement, time in nature, and creative, therapeutic expression in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space.

    • Our retreats are themed and often aligned with the cycles of the moon to inspire connection to the world around us and to tap into the wisdom that these transitions bring. Drawing on our years of experience as artists, performers, therapists, and women, we craft custom workshops for each retreat.
